CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that last-minute things come up! However, each appointment is important to us, and we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit is applied toward your scheduled service and will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation that falls outside of our cancellation policy or a no-show.
